Tap Forgot your password on the sign-in page and type your first name. We email you a link that works for 1 hour. No reset email added yet? Ask Zaydan or Adam for a new link.

The link says used or expired

A reset link works once, for 1 hour. A link from Zaydan or Adam works once, for 3 days. Ask for a new one the same way.

Is that email really from HQ?

A real email from HQ only comes from [email protected], only links to zapithq.com, and never asks for your password. If you did not ask for it, ignore it: your password has not changed.

Your sign-in name

It is your first name, in small letters. The message with your link says it.

It says too many tries

Wait 15 minutes, then try again. Check the password carefully, or ask for a new link.

It keeps asking me to sign in

Open zapithq.com in the Safari app itself, not from a link in another app. Links tapped in Telegram, Gmail or Claude open a mini browser that forgets you, and so does a Private tab. A Home Screen icon that opens as a web app keeps its own sign-in too: delete it, then add it again from Safari with Open as Web App turned off.

A new phone

Go to zapithq.com in Safari and sign in. If you saved your password before, your iPhone may fill it with Face ID.

A shared or office computer

Tick Shared computer when you sign in, so you are signed out when the browser closes.
